A testing opening hole that dog legs from right to left at 190 yards off the whites. For big hitters a drive over the conifers and oak and tree on the left will leave a short to mid iron into the green. Anything hit right will lengthen your second shot to the green which is guarded by a single bunker at the front right edge. Definitely not a hole for the fader/slicer.

Definitely plays easier as a Par 5 off the white tees than a Par 4 off the yellow tees however be aware that any tee shot straying left will flirt with the O.O.B. beyond the trunk line of the trees and also beyond the fence surrounding the reservoir. The green is guarded by bunkers to the left and right.

A tee shot of 145 yards off the whites is required to carry the bunkers at the front of the small green. No real danger at the back so always wise to take a club more especially if the wind is against you. O. O. B. down the left hand side beyond the trunk line of the hedgerow.

An accurate drive is required to avoid being blocked out by the hedgerow coming in from the left at (200 yards from the white tees). Do this and you will have a mid to long iron into the green which is guarded by two bunkers on the left hand side. O. O. B. if your ball strays left onto the public footpath or over the airport boundary fence.

Off the white tees you will be hitting your tee shot over water through a narrow tree lined gap so accuracy is required. A tee shot to the left of the fairway may find the ditch at 204 yards and 250 yards on the right. Down the middle however the ditch runs across the fairway at 270 yards from the whites and 220 yds from the yellows. The green slopes towards you and is protected with two bunkers so always best to leave yourself an uphill putt here. O. O. B. if your ball strays left onto the public footpath or over the airport boundary fence.

A tee shot or second shot placed on the right hand side of the fairway is required here so that the tall poplar tree on the left hand side does not block out your shot to the green. The ditch running across the fairway is 300 yards off the whites and is 100 yards from the centre of the green which has one bunker on it's right hand side. O. O. B. if your ball strays left onto the public footpath or over the airport boundary fence.

A relatively short par 4 however be aware of O.O.B. beyond the trunk line of the trees on the left hand side. An errant tee shot into the copse on the right hand side will inevitably lead to a shot dropped. Top of the hollow is 220yds off the white tees and 100 yards from the centre of the green which is protected at the front by two bunkers.

The fairway bunker on the right hand side of the fairway is 192 yards off the whites so shots straying right will almost certainly flirt with it so here a tee shot with a gentle draw is ideal. Avoid the fairway bunker and you will be left with a mid iron into the green which is guarded with bunkers on both sides. For big hitters the line off the tee is over the trees running down the left hand side however you will run the risk of ending up in the copse which runs almost the full length of the hole.

Seems a fairly straight forward par 3 hole but any shot straying left or right will flirt with the the bunkers at the front right and left hand side of the green.

Requires a solid tee shot down the centre of the fairway. Anything straying too far right and the green will be blocked out by the trees and anything left will find the fairway bunker at 200 yards from the white tees. The green is guarded by a bunker on the right hand side.

Not too much danger from the tee on this hole however any shot straying left will flirt with the hedgerow which runs the full length of the hole and any shot right may find the small copse of trees. The entrance to the small green is guarded by bunkers on the right and left hand side.

A par 5 where your tee shot needs to find the fairway. Anything straying right will find the small copse or the hollow. There is a ditch running across the fairway at 296 yards from the white tees so this will only come into play for most golfers on their subsequent shots. The green is guarded by two bunkers on the left hand side.

A par 3 requiring a long iron for most to reach the green avoiding the over hanging trees in the small copse on the right. Get past these and any shot straying left will then flirt with the two green side bunkers.

This hole dog legs slightly left to right and requires an accurate tee shot from the elevated tee. Ideal for a fade however too much fade/slice and you will find the ditch on the right before the hedgerow which is 204 yards off the whites. Avoid this and you will be left with a long to mid iron to the green which is guarded by bunkers on the left and the right hand side. Big hitters may want to take the line off the tee over this ditch/hedgerow however then they may well end up in the copse beyond it.

The shortest par 3 on the course which is slightly downhill with a stroke index of 18. Seems easy but beware of the wind direction because standing on the tee players are sheltered and also any tee shots hit right or left will flirt with the popular on the left and the oak tree on the right. Get past these and any shot taken by the wind will find the bunkers on the left and right hand side of the green.

An easier par 5 off the whites than a par 4 when played off the yellows. An intimidating tee shot off the whites requiring accuracy through a narrow gap between a single tree on the left and the hedgerow on the right and then off the yellows the fairway bunkers at 200 yards come on to play. The ditch across the fairway is 80 yards from the centre of the green and this as well as the fairway bunker on the left come into play on approach shots to the green which has single bunker on it's right hand side.

A par 3 which always plays it's full length especially when the wind is against you. A two tier green with a bunker to the right hand side and a bunker at the rear to collect any over hit shots. Always good to get a par on this hole which has ruined many a card.

A fairly long par 4 hole which requires an accurate tee shot threading it between the oak tree on the left and the two oak trees on the right. Past these and any tee shot erring left will find the fairway bunker at 195 yards from the white tee. Approach shots to the green from the right hand side of the fairway will have to flirt with the two huge oak trees that guard the front of the green. Past these there are also two bunkers located front left and right hand side of the green which slopes towards you so best to leave yourself below the hole for an uphill putt. A great hole to finish with.
