Please fill in the application form and send to the H.B.G.C membership secretary by either of the following methods,

1) Post your completed form together with your remittance into the H.B.G.C box inside the clubhouse.

2) Email your completed form to hatchfordbrookgc@gmail.com and transfer your remittance into the H.B.G.C. bank account (details on application form).
