Members have their own Competition Account set up on the Club V1 system.
All competition entry fees will be debited from this account upon sign in to the competition via the PSI unit or Howdidido and also any competition winnings will be credited to this account.
The account balance can be checked at any time by logging into the Club V1 Members application, that is once you have registered using your unique CDH number (10 digits) which will identify you.
Also if you sign into Club V1 on the club PSI unit using your personal PIN identification then your account balance will be displayed on your HOME screen.
NB: Account balance will not be displayed if you use the index login method to sign in.
If a detailed statement is required then this can be provided upon request to the club administrator.
Funds can be withdrawn at any time in the form of gift vouchers/cards once a request is made to the club administrator.
To enter competitions your account must have a sufficient balance so that the entry fee to be debited. an insufficient balance will mean that you will not be able to enter the competition.
